  IMG_1400.JPG - The "Bun" part:  cooking the noodles.  The traditional noodle is rice vermicelli on the left.  I normally would soak this in hot water (off the burner) for about 15 minutes.  However, my wife prefers the rice noodles used in Pho soup, on the right.
