| I don't have a picture of my version, so I borrowed this one from the internet. Pho (pronounced 'fuh') is a classic vietnamese noodle soup. It is eaten as a one course meal. It is properly served as shown, next to a dish of fresh spices and condiments. Every Vietnamese cook has his/her own interpretation of this dish.
