| Pho is ALWAYS served with fresh spices/greens for condiments. Each bowl is "built" to the taste of the eater. The spices that I usually use are in clock wise from right: fish sauce, cilantro, fresh lime, bean sprouts, and hot sauce. The fish sauce and hot sauce can be obtained from any Asian grocery. Many people also use fresh hot peppers such as jalapeno, thinly slice yellow (or my choice, red) onion and hoisin sauce. |
