  IMG_1012.JPG - Here it is.  Lesson learned on attempt No. 1:  need to squeeze out all the liquid on spinach.  Perhaps let the dough rise a little longer.  The flavor is dead on, but the texture of the bread is a bit soggy on the bottom.  Probably due to the watery spinach.  It was a very good first try!  Yum Yum Yum.
